4 plants in a 4 x 4 - Scrog, LST, or nothing?

As the title says.

 

I have been running 4 plants in a 5 x 5 which in my opinion needed to be scrogged due to the size of the tent, but with 4 in a 4 x 4 do you think i need to scrog?

 

Do you think I could get away with a bit of light LST and then chuck a support net up once the stretch is almost over to support to buds?

 

Not done a 4 x 4 for ages so just wondering what you people would suggest\currently use.

 

Lets assume I am running a stretchy plant as my current clone for at least the next year is a stretch Monster.

I am doing LST in 4"x2" tent and topping in 2"x2" . I think I should do other way around . Lesson learned. Topping for the WIN if plant is healthy!
