Another question! 

With my greenhouse and outdoor ladies in enriched coir and compost mix, when should I start adding fertiliser? Some are auto, some photo. 

I have high and low nitrogen (Chempak).

You'll hopefully notice that they slow down thats the optimum time. It can be hard to spot, takes a bit of experience, you'll know if you missed it because you'll start to see old growth yellowing off after about a week, as long as you catch it then you'll likely be ok.

To add to MindSoup's post: when the older leaves are looking paler that means the mobile nutrients are being moved from them to the younger parts because the roots aren't supplying enough for their growth.
