Seedlings can I use my LED?

Hi everyone hope your weekend is going well..

I am planning to do the paper towel method for first stage of germination then pop them into my grow bags now I'm getting mxed reviews on what height and power setting to use my wee LED and also maybe a small florescent is better.

I have the Viperspectra P600 95 watts LED can I use this for seedlings..it has a dimmer on it?

That should be fine bud it only draws 95w, turn it right down and keep a decent distance above.

I have a different led and it's set at 40w about 40-50cm high...

I really wouldn't bother with the paper towel, its just another thing to go wrong. Cannabis can take quite a lot of light even at seedling stage. Have a look on YouTube for Migro amd Bruce Bugbee/ Apogee Instruments, they both have all the information you could ever want to know about the subject.
