I want postal insurance, which shows up for a few seconds in the basket page, (its about £7-8 on a £65 order) but when I click through to pay and it goes on to the payment page the postage changes to Royal Mail free, there's no option to change it. Seedsmans FAQ says to always choose the insurance it doesn't mention anything about having to order over a certain amount in order for insurance to be available. Besides I tried to order earlier - the value was EUR140-150 Does anyone have any experience with this? ive messaged seedsman but no reply. Id like to get this sorted sooner rather than later as seedsman have a sale on atm.
