Weed sticking in jars

With weed and I dont know if I'm storing it OK. 

 

I chopped plants down around 19 days ago, let it dry for around 11 days and put it in jars, the jars absolutely stink on opening but when I lift them to look at weed and roll jar around its all clumpy and sticking together inside. 

 

Does this mean its not dry or is it normal and it'll sort itself out. 

 

I open jars every day for around 30 mins and give a mix and shake but any advice as I dont want them sweating inside.

 

They're all stored on an empty wardrobe of around 18c in constant darkness.

 

There's over 11oz all personal use so I expect it to last a good 6 to 7 months and ive not done this before so really want the right advice

My bud is generally 'stuck' I just give it a shake and it all separates. That'll go as the humidity gets burped out.

If concerned, just get it all out and give it a check over

Or stick one of those hygrometer in the jar then you’ll know for sure (buttons on Amazon)

Get a couple of large brown paper bags. Empty the weed in them and lay them flat in your tent (if you are worried about the smell), extract on low. Leave them for a couple of days then jar. See if that helps?

You could rely on a hygrometer yes!

Firstly did them stems snap before you jarred it? 11 days drying may not be enough, depending temps and r/h it could take longer.. sticking together is perfectly normal dude.. as the buds are covered in sticky goodness its expected, id worry if they didnt more so.. you can always grab some boveda humidity packs to make sure the r/h is where you want it to preserve terps and flavour while storing.. just keep an eye out for any white fuzz on the buds or any strange smells when burping.. other than that you should be all good
