Exhale
Hi all, just been clearing out my flower tent - getting rid of the pots and rootballs they've been in my tent about 3 weeks - I was breaking the rootballs up when I noticed these eggs on a few of them and wondered if anyone knew what they were from? I've had mites this grow but never seen eggs in the soil from them before.
GSZZ
I think it might be mycelium
Shumroom
Is it definitely eggs? Could it be fruiting bodies of soil mycos etc? Hope you get to the bottom of this Atb @GSZZ beat me to it, I'm not fast at typing Edited August 29, 2021 by Shumroom Eta
BilgePump
Looks like fungus dude , one of the leucocoprinus species or very close to it would be my guess. Not quite sulphur yellow enough to be leucocoprinus birnbaumii but it's there or there about
Exhale
You know I think you guys could be right we've had the most humid weather here this year, there's funghi all over the garden and my grow tent has been particularly painful to deal with, mites and mould. I pinched some between my fingers it was more spongey than gungy.
BilgePump
@Exhale give it a sniff , bet it smells vaguely shroomy
Exhale
@BilgePump I'd love to but it's all on the compost heap now, if I get a breakout of shrooms on it i'll know where they came from we've already been having "dead" cuttings rehydrate, root and pop out of the heap
BilgePump
@Exhale oh that's a shame nevermind , if yer really that invested familiarise yourself with the dapperling family of funghi , I suspect that's likely to be what'll pop up if anything.
Exhale
@BilgePump I was honestly just hoping I didn't have a serious infestation that meant fumigation or just feckin burning my tent!
