Any tips on stopping dripper lines coming off manifold?

Hi guys any tips on stopping dripper lines coming off the manifold? 
 

I fitted them using hot water then pushed them on the nipples but there coming off when the pump starts 

 

I’m thinking of trying some kind of glue/bonding agent or small 1mm wire wrapped around each one individually and twisted tight ??

 

 

any tips most welcone

Google hose spring clip, they are used on fuel lines and stuff,, I don't no how strong they are but might be better than glueing easyer to disassemble

I had to heat my ice pipe to get them on. Then I used a tiny cable tie, as tight as I can, then clip the remaining length.

Use a small length of wire and twist it up tight with a pair of pliers.
