Propagation tent as main tent

I’ve seen a 40x120x200 propagation tent (garden high pro). I was thinking this would be a nice sleek tent which would look like one of those material/temp wardrobes. Compared to a flowering tent the skin is thinner 40d vs 60 for main tents. I can’t find info on the poles either and whether it would hold a fan and lights. 
 

Anyone got any experience with propagation tents or any advice? 
 

I’m guessing the thinner skin would mean there’s more heat loss and maybe more noise. Also don’t think it comes with the same kind of tray or material at the bottom which normal tents have, which would protects against spill/overwatering runoff.
