dougens
Hi First coco grow..... I have 5 seedlings in coco (canna pro) 1 x 4 weeks (biggest pic) 3 x 3 weeks (next biggest) 1 x "runt" seedling (going in the greenhouse!) All autos Growing under CFL 250W blue, feeding once a day with 20% run off at formulex 4ML per litre, ph 6.4. The pots, especially, the biggest is drying out quickly and decent roots. I want to transplant them to my wilma 4 pot system and switch to my CML 315W light. When transplanting to the larger pots, I read to pre soak the coco with nutes to 20% run off? Should I pre soak with formulex or grow? or both? Then hand water for a few days then turn on the wilma as below: 1 x 15min per day for few weeks then when budding 2-3 x 15min per day Thanks for any help, sorry if stupid questions
GG420
Don’t think you have to pre soak the canna coco mate just plug in and water through after.... I’m on my first coco run also so not a huge amount of experience
Black Shadow
GG420 is right, Canna is the benchmark for coco and ready to go out the bag, a dusting of Great White in the base of the new pot will help with the transition Be careful not to over water at transplant, you can always add more, better than bogging the coco and compacting the air voids out Azos after transplant will kickstart the new roots Edited March 6, 2021 by Black Shadow
