She's really taking off now!  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So much so that i decided a bit of trimming & training was in order. Whipped off a few of the larger fan-leaves that were covering the lower growths. When you're only growing one plant you REALLY need to maximise your yield

So after some defoliation and tethering of side-growths she's starting to point everything up to the light. So far so good. No issues to report. No nutrients added yet.

 

No sign of pistils yet although i think i can spot a couple starting to show. Hopefully by this time next week she'll start to look a bit furry  

 

This will be the first plant I've not topped so I'm hoping i don't run out of height!

A couple days late with my update . . . Everything is fine & dandy so far! She's certainly stretching, i knew i should have topped her!  No drama, i'll finish her up and see how it goes. But defo back to double-topping next time

So she needs a little bend! I knew that not topping would bite me in the ass, but you know....

 

Other than the bend she's very healthy. No discoloration and only feeding 1ml of seaweed so far

*** Week 8 ***

(week 4 Flower)

 

 

 

So here we are at week 8. Roughly half-way through our flower cycle. She's stopped stretching and is focusing all energy on pistil growth and resin production. It's starting to smell nice and 'citrusy'!

 

Really looking forward to being able to refill my jar!  Even if it is only with an oz or so...

So she's come on a fair bit since last week. Still looking very healthy and i do normally, start to see fan leaf discoulouration by this point. So it's all good really. Temps are still quite low at 23c / 18c but there isn't much i can do about that. With a small space like this, having the fan running will keep the air cool. The only time i can really grow with 'normal' temps 28c etc is during summer. I could put a heat mat in etc but, it still works ok

*** WEEK 10 ***

Getting towards the end now my favourite bit! 

 

She's starting to put on a little weight, although you have to manage your expectations when growing with 65 watts! Pistils are starting to brown off and trichs are clouding. I'm thinking it'll go no further than 8 weeks.

 

REALLY looking forward to smoking it! I've been on the dregs of my jar for so long i cant remember what a proper bud looks like....
