Mr Rhinos Sweet Seeds 20/21 Competition diary!!

Hi all!!

 

Thanks to the sweet seeds team for gifting me the beans to enter the compo..

 

I have also got a pack of gorilla girl but I've decided as im only doing the best  4 in my flower tent the mohan ram and indigo berry will hopefully grow at the same height...i will do a diary of the GG at a later date, so it's a mixture of old and new school!!

I will be germing all 8 beans tomorrow..I will report back soon

All 8 seeds have been planted,MR in the left row IBK on the right..

They are in 3" pots filled with canna terra pro soil, I simply water the soil with warm water then push the soil gently to get rid of excessive water then push the seeds in a couple of mm and cover with soil..

The plants are in a secret jardin dp60 propagation tent with a 96w t5 light set to 18/6 hours.

So we have 100% germination, MR on the left IBK on.the right.

 

But....

 

There is some strange goings on with 2 of the IBK, there doesn't seem to be any leaves growing!!

 

I'm not too bothered as im only looking for the best 4 to flower anyway..

Also there is a runt amongst the MR..

 

Plants are under a 96w t5 set to 72w and are on 24hrs of light, plain water.

Good luck with them mucker. I've seen seedlings with no leaves before but two mutants from four isn't great....I hope it's not a problem with the IBK...it's lovely smoke.

Just a quick update..

 

3 days have passed and the 2 mutant IBK have not done anything so they are binned, also the 1 MR that was doing nothing has gone, so we have....

 

2 IBK on Right

3 MR on Left

They are looking a bit leggy but that's nothing a pot up won't sort out, temps 24c,RH 65%

Still under 76w t5 on 24 hrs..
