how much to feed seedlings

hi guys got a few seedlings on the go not fed them yet and they just starting they second set of leaves about two weeks old. i got ionic grow how many mils per litre would you say i should feed them

Depends on what you are growing in. Good quality compost, especially the stuff that is geared towards green, will have enough for 5-6 weeks. Personally, I don't use nutrients until 2 or 3rd week flower. Coco is a different matter of course.

ive used that before, you willl be good for a couple of weeks

I begin with Root Nutrients: Biobizz Root Juice or Intense Nutrients Foundation Root Stimulant. 

 

At this early stage its all about the roots getting the best start you can give them.
