Whilst scraping out my coffee grounds i noticed lots of bugs on the grounds.

I am not sure what they are but have got my fingers crossed they are swirski or ambesilis as i have had both in the house over the last year.

The pics are far from great but an experienced eye may be able to id them.

I have scooped a fair few into my Parsley and have not seen any damage in over two weeks so am thinking of using them in the veg tent but need confirmation. Any help appreciated.

So i dont have to buy predator bugs @thatman

I have been keeping rove beetles thanks to FarmerPalmer and was hoping that i have managed to breed a few other benefitial predators by fluke.

I wasn't going to chuck them in without confirmation.

Couldn't tell you what they are mate but I've got some in my worm bins and no till pots. They seem to love decaying organic matter, even dead worms. Haven't noticed anything detrimental too the plants off them.
