when mixing up a 100litre tank for autopots I have always been told to stick to a maximum of 1.6ec. 

1. Is that correct.

2. When putting in my canna coco a and b going to their strength guide on their grow guide it take the ec above 1.6 so if i pull that back a bit then using any additives (cx regen a root, mighty bloom and head masta) at all sends it way over strength just wondering how other people balance their base to additives to make it all work well. Or do you put in the additives at full strength then top it up slightly with base feed to the ec you desire

@Adamvr619 I used ionic coco bloom and only go to 1.2 ec sometimes 1.3 at most.

just mix canna a&b to a ec of 1.0 and add the rest and see what ec you got. 
You can change the a&b then on the next batch to get the desired ec

Whats the resulting buds like at such  low ec are they still dense and with  good level of thc

I've never used autopots,but,you could just run with veg and bloom. Many folks do that and get good results. I also would'nt follow the nutes feed  schedule religiously,it is just a guide.
