Hello all!

New to this whole organic growing stuff!

I grow mainly indoors in rockwool chippings

As you can see below!

The most common super soil recipe I keep seeing is the infamous Sub cool recipe!

I've made a few tweaks due to not being able to access certain things!

Here's my adaptation...

100l good quality soil

20-30l perlite
10kg high quality worm castings
1.5kg FBB meal
500g bat guano
200g oyster shell
200g kelp meal
200g seaweed powder
50g Epsom salt
70g dolomite lime
125 Azomite
1tsp humic acid

On the original recipe I found I had some troubles converting the following in to grams...

Oyster shell, kelp meal, alfalfa meal...

Look below

400 litres high quality base soil
23kg high quality work castings
1.2kg fish bone meal
2.5kg high phosphorus Bay guano
2.5kg blood meal
1.2kg bone meal
0.7litre/700ml oyster shell
0.7l kelp meal
0.7l alfalfa meal
0.2l Epsom salt
0.25l Dolomite lime
0.5l Azomite
2tbs powdered humic acid

as you can see I have gone from litres into grams sooooo not too sure if that's alright!

im planning on using this outdoors next season so want to clear up a good recipe and have it on my notes in preparation for next season ;)

Got my spot sorted

So just looking to treat next year's girls to a really nice soil

All the best thanks guys!

How did you find this super soil recipe? I've done really similar , but am worried I may have put too much fbb in but it's pretty much these ratios?
