Starting seeds and clones at the same time

Hi All 

 

 I have some seeds that I want to use and flower at the same time as my clones, they are the same strain and take 2 days to germinate. 
 I was wondering if I should cut clones at the same time as I germinate the the seeds or will one take longer than the other ?

Say 10 days to root the cuts, by which time the seedlings might be about the same size (depends on how big your cuts are I suppose). I wouldn't worry too much either way, sometimes a packet of seeds can throw out plants that are nothing like each other anyway
