A pest? Or something else?

Here’s my 25 day old Royal Critical Auto, grown outdoors (looks a bit small compared to other grows I’ve followed)

 

some new lighter spots started appearing on the leaves, some are visible from underneath as well.

 

is this a pest such as spider mite eggs or something else? A deficiency?

 

so far only fed it water, maybe time for it’s first nutes?

Have a look on the underside and see if anything is living there, you might need a loupe or a magnifying glass, depending on you're eyesight

If you're worried, you could always just give them a spray with the likes of neem oil, provanto etc
