does anyone else notice that plants need less water in a grenhouse?

does anyone else notice that your plants need watering far far less in a greenhouse? ive noticed my plants compost stay moist for weeks and weeks in my plastic greenhouse  ive watered them once and that was 6 weeks after a potting up,.

Than in a tent or outside? Seems logical though, tents are usually hot and dry. Most greenhouses are going to be much higher relative humidity than either.
