Drip/Eb Flow

Is this kind of system ok for beginners and how is pump noise for example im worried about my neighbours below me hearing it or water leaks

 

Any advice would be appreciated

Iv grown weed most ways known to man, some only know to a small red beanbag called stan, but anyways, thats a whole new ballgame, id go with something that drips and runs to waste, with a added nutramatic timer!

Have you grown at all mate. Have you already got your grow space sorted. What light and space are you looking at

Yes grow in dirt only have a 10x10 space ready to go all cleaned up
