Reusing COCO

Well It’s safe to say with this Covid-19 shit cocking up my plans, I’m considering reusing my coco. I don’t want any delivered to my house Incase the packaging is damaged so wondering what’s people’s experience?

 

Worth getting some Canna Rhizotonic or any other product?

Never done it, I'm new to coco. I'll be doing it next though. I'd imagine cannazyme would be a good shout too, help clear out the old roots.

Just sieve the roots from the rootball and reuse, no cannzyme needed.

It should work just fine. Maybe even better. The zyme is to digest the leftover roots i guess? I think if you pick out most of the roots you should be fine. Don't need to use enzymes. Pond enzymes are much cheaper if you do choose to use them.

I used cannazyme for years, before I realized that I didn't break down the old roots quick enough to re-use the coca, and at the price they charge, its cheaper to buy new each time.

I dig the old stuff into my garden.
