transition advice

i have 13 day old seedlings from sprouting out of soil (Not including germination process). 2 plants are looking good and healthy, roughly the same and 1 is falling behind and 1 has just sprouted out from the soil (put straight in to soil from seed)

have been misting them with water and after the first week with a little root growth. 

 

im trying to find the best time on when to change them over to coco and 17L fabric pots and when to add nutes, one seedling has 3 little brown spots. 

I have:

house and garden coco A+B 

vitalink root growth

botanic cal-mag and silica 

 

ALSO i have coco canna pro plus in a bag, shall i buffer it with calmag before?

 

light is 24inches away (mars hydro 1000W) 

70-80% humidity

temp of 22-25degrees

1 6” fan on the floor just pointing above plants and another fan 1.2meters from floor height pointing up for air circulation  

 

aby advice appreciated, total newbie!!

If you have canna pro plus you don’t need to buffer.

 

Just make up a light mix and run it through.

 

I would get them in now and start feeding so you know where you’re at. 
 

Drop that humidity if you can and good luck with the grow.
