I think plot 1 needs scrapping but that means putting all of tham at plot 2 or finding another plot. 

Headache but theres not enough sun there for Autos 

How much light outdoor do they need like direct light to produce decent amount per plant?

Plot one should be fine come end of may begin of June, those pics where late afternoon start of this month, loads of movement left in the sun I reckon.

Well going of government guidelines your plants should be 2m apart so they are following "social distancing"

 

A meter apart should be good mate
