blackbob
Had to get in tunnel today and do a serious shade leaf thin.Moisture and cool nights my big problem now regards location.Tunnel well vented front and lower sides but the dreaded drips are forming on the inner cover.Wont be long before they start dripping daily so big thin out and as going for an early cut. blackbob
All plants are no way near their potential just yet but i had to lift everything last time last week of Sept. It's the drying, curing and long term storage thats more important anyway. Edited September 14, 2019 by blackbob
blackbob
Right as going down the same routine as 2 year ago but this time have tower drying net and good spec dehumid to speed things up a tad.whipped out all the small flowering side shoots not reaching the sunlight ended up with 2 hessian bags full.they in total dark dry now for 10 days maybe less with dehumid running (no fan). check daily until at required moisture (feel) then straight into the vac pac sealer and frozen with dates on pacs.Leave well alone for however long.ive done 3 year bag and it was lovely.Let them defost in the dark 48hrs before opening and have ya kilner jars ready for the final cure process.Worked great last time so here we go again.
