Freebie- critical 2.0+

Hey chaps I’ve popped a freebie critical and going to run a diary.

 

Seed popped through the coco just short of 5 weeks ago. Was started in a coco jiffy then into a 1.5ltr for a couple of weeks then potted into an 11ltr yesterday.

It’s been vegged under a 315cmh since going into the 1.5ltr. 

 

After reading how how these grow like sativas I decided to top it a couple of weeks back at the 4th node. Let’s see how she goes

She looks very happy and healthy just what we want to see at this stage of growth mate 

 

I take it 11l pots will be your finish pots so flower will not be far away. I would do another 7 maybe 10 day's of veg(18/6) then get the flower show started

 

The topping looks to have gone well and should prove effective

yes 11s are the finals. Plant seems to grow rapidly so jumped straight into the 11s

 

After the topping the 2 top shoots started stretching quickly so they have been topped again

looking to hopefully get 6 main colas

 

veg will most likely be 2 weeks in the 11s. Would rather half that as I’m sure the stretch in flower will be crazy, but it’s in a tent with other plants that need 2 more weeks so not ideal but nothing some tying down won’t cure

Things moving along quickly.

plant has had some training the last week. Just tied down the growth that came from the topping, Should level the canopy nicely.

looks like there’s 10 tops there now so let’s see what this thing can do.

 

been playing around with the food. It’s a hungry thing and 1.0ec isn’t enough so going to bump this up a little.

keeping it simple with this grow, just canna coco nutes, and plant magic calmg & rootstim 

 

last 2 pics is final shape of the plant. Will be getting flipped to 12/12 over the weekend

things going ok. This one has stretched a lot the last few days. Stuck her in with my blues but she’s easy to spot

this is starting to go now.

 

 

its putting the the 8 blues around it to shame 

 

 

still only feeding at 0.8ec not going to bother with the pk simply because I make up one feed for everything and the blues are slightly over fed.

Day 42

these have put some weight on this week

wasnt expecting much from this freebie tbh but it has really impressed me. Has a lovely opal fruits smell to it.

 

actually so impressed I’ve been looking through the catalog at their other strains to maybe run next

That's what I like to hear and it's not the first time a free seed has produced amazing and created another Dinafem fan

It’s a lovely  plant.

always assumed dinafem must be trash because it’s the 50p freebie on attitude, couldn’t be further from the truth

as you can see it’s grown better than the ugorG blues and smells better too.

 

best thing I did was have a quick read up on here about the strain or the stretch would of caught me out.

grows like a sativa but flowers like an indica which is perfect for me.

 

looking at doing the gorilla next or something lemon or cheese
