I'm growing in 18 litre square pots on a wilma system using 100% coco. Flipped at 55cm and stretch stopped at 115cm. So expect around 1x - 1.5x stretch from these. Temps and humidity I didn't even monitor as my Bluetooth thermostat battery went. But I always have tube heater and oil rad in box for intake which keeps around 18 lights off.
