Canopy looks awesome mate, and I love those green poison plant shots, nice spear heads protruding above the canopy :cowboy:

Not too much longer to go now!

Update day 48 Bloom

Hi everyone, hope you're all well and your gardens are green.
My garden was 48 days into bloom on Sun 17th March and this update is for then. I was bedridden for a few days with the mother of all flu's so it's knocked me back further with my updates.  Anyway, here's the stats for the previous 5 days running up to day 48:

Day 44
Temps 17-25 (22 on opening the tent)
Roots 20-26 (25)
RH    47-69 (54)

They were fed 1ml/L Bloom and 3ml/L Fish mix.
Volumes were 2L for the CCFV and C47, 1.9L for the SPCBD and 2.1L for the GPCBD

Day 45
Temps 18-25 (22)
Roots 19-25 (25)
RH    48-63 (57)

Day 46
Temps 20-26 (26)
Roots 19-26 (24)
Rh    47-60 (48)

Feed was 1ml/L Bloom and 2ml/L Fish mix and the volumes were the same as the previous feed.

I finally had to assist the GPCBD with some stakes as the colas started putting some more weight on. Not complaining there like.

Day 47
Temps 20-26 (24)
Roots 19-25 (25)
RH    49-63 (56)

Day 48
Temps 18-25 (24)
Roots 18-26 (26)
RH    49-63 (52)

Fed the same again at the same volumes

The humidity levels were still concerning me a bit so I turned the circulating fan up to 2 and plugged it in on 24/7 without the timer.

Cream 47
Loving this plant. Dense looking buds and a nice covering of trichs.
Leaves fading steadily as the feeds were lowered for the final furlong.

Some colas

Fasciated buds
One creased over on it's flat stem after it had been supported previously, so I had to extend the support cane and support it some more to stop it doubling over

@jadenugs Those macros are awesome dude, sharp bright and vibrant, have you brought a new lens or are you using some different lighting? also your plant photos look great with the black back grounds. I like black as it hides all the shadows.

@Smokebelch Thanks dude, I've been trying different lighting all the time as there's no natural light up in the attic and it's been a bitch to get right. I've settled for a strip of 4 spotlights with 6000K 10W bulbs. I've got these aimed down and sightly away from the tent and I'm using my built in camera flash at 1/8th power with the the plants against the tent door. I should turn the flash up a bit for the full plant pics, with the camera being further away but I try and adjust that on the exposure because it's too much messing about going into settings for the flash between close ups and full plant pics. I'm using the same lenses as usual, a Nikon 50mm for full plant and a Tamron 90mm for close ups. I'm post editing the contrast to get rid of haze and make the background darker.  I'm glad you noticed a difference in the macro pics dude as I've just bought a Raynox DCR 250 conversion filter which I'm using in addition to my extention tubes to get the Tamron in even closer (so it wasn't a waste of money lol ) Those last macros were the first I've shot with the Raynox addition so there's lot's of room for improvement. It can be just as frustrating as growing, as you well know ;) Very time consuming too but the two hobbies go hand in hand.

@Serpent Thanks dude, appreciate your comments :) They're looking a bit more rough round the edges now as they near completion but the taste should be better as they use up the stored nutes ;) I've got a couple more updates to sort to be up to date and I'm just about ready to start chopping. Busy busy busy lol
