My mate thought he’d knock into his chimney even tho he runs a multi fuel burner he started the fan to see what t he noise was like from his attic extraction I said feels a breeze coming out the burner vents he opened it looked like someone had thrown a bucket of ash over him so he had to run a metal liner from the ducting hole in the attic to his chimney cowl tuned the fan down on his stepper fine then so if your planning on using the chimney at any point fire wise your gotta go a hole new route round it.
