Bird Posted August 6, 2017 Share Posted August 6, 2017 (edited) I had a similar problem with my webcam. It turned out to be a bungled update. I fixed it by going to the devices page (afair) and deleting it. Then rebooting the computer and plugging it in again and waiting for it to install the sofware again from scratch. Bird Posted August 6, 2017 Share Posted August 6, 2017 (edited) It was a while ago, but it wasn't a user installed software package or the device manager. I think it was under installed devices or peripherals. A bit like with printers e2: just had a look and I reckon it was devices and printers where I deleted it, could have been scanners and cameras.
