Ive double bubbled out my loft roof joists then left an air gap and built a timber frame the lined it with plaster board. covered that with black and grey, silver taped all the joins, then covered the exteriort frame in double bubble foil. Im using a black magic digital ballast on 400w for my first run of autos. 6" fan with carbon filter with a 4" inlet.
