vigorocious
@rabthegrower I dont any of us will ever be 100% happy, nature of the beast i fear... @AustrianTokker Thanks for the words of encouragement. As for the double post, much of what i see on here is worth reading twice, at a minimum.
vigorocious
Day-41 Temps - 22-28 Humidity- 35-50 (65 one night of torrential rain) water- 1 gets through 2ltr every 2-3 days, the other 2 half (ish) Mistakes- not doing this sooner. not doing 6.5ltr pots for double plants. Smells- picking up wet woodland and lemons. Overall i couldn't be happier. Kudos to Sweet Seed's and the genetics, i have had to do nothing all grow so far besides mix soil, build home and just add water, boil in the bag rice is harder. I have not yet bought a new camera so the pictures are still very low quality, that will hopefully improve next week, but instead of rambling on i will just provide a pictorial history of the plants individually. Plant #1 Angela (a puzzle) Day-7 She is the one on the right apparently half dead. Day-11 She is still on the left, there really was no growth at this point due to over water/heat stress i guessed. Day-18 She started to do a lot of stretching, making me think she was still stressed. Day-25 The sky's the limit, well maybe the light in reality, bet hey.Al together on day-25 Day 31- Just casually moving along, looking like death. Bloody diva. Day-36 All i can say is WTF? How? When? Where from? Day-41 The smells are beginning, they are filling out, turning black in the leaves, the hairs are just starting to turn a great orange colour and the trim leaves have a lot of milky trichomes and a couple of amber. I'm guessing maybe 2-3 weeks on this one, i also had to tie her down because she was 50% taller than the other two. For my first time i don't think i could be happier with how things have gone, judging by this one alone i feel i got the early stress diagnosed and fixed fast enough, though how much greater the final yield could have been will remain a mystery i feel she is proving herself to be a stubborn one, doing her thing. That about covers the first plant, digging up the pics and uploading again was a pain, but wow, i feel like i missed half the grow myself. Again, hat's off to sweet seed's, i never knew it could be this easy Please feel free and would appreciate a critical eye or two. Until tomorrow.

vigorocious
@m99 cheers fro stopping by. Day-41 part 2 Temps - 22-28 Humidity- 35-50 (65 one night of torrential rain) water- 1 gets through 2ltr every 2-3 days, the other 2 half (ish) Mistakes- not doing this sooner. not doing 6.5ltr pots for double plants I will pretty much just continue where i left off, this time will have the other 2 together as they are about a week behind the previous plant. plant #2 (Emily) plant #3(the amazonian) Day 7- #3 on the left/ #2 center. Day 11- #2 on the left, slowly she goes. Day 11- the amazonian starting to take off. Day 18- she stirs into life. Day 18- hence the name. Day 25- all systems go, err, kinda. Day 25- the enthusiastic one. Day 29- was feeling a little disappointed at this point, should never compare Day 36- group shot. you can see Angela on the right, sneaking ahead of the others. Day 41- Emily, the most runted, now appears to be giving me my biggest individual cola.Day 41- The amazonian has smaller cola's, but many more of them... Day 41- the amazonian felt the need to show her legs off, first time i saw them. was very happy. let me know what you think! Well that is the update complete, i kept the second part brief as things are a little slower for these two girls, im fairly sure they would be identical if not for the issues at the start. The crinkly runt though, wow, im impressed with her. I have noted a few diaries where there is a dark devil crinkly runt and do wonder if genetics play's it's part with the help of stress, but she has come back to perform as well as my best example and finish earlier with some extraordinary dark, almost black colours. Until next time.

rabthegrower
That's some turn around, they looked pretty unhappy but you pulled them through it mate, hats off to you a few more weeks and it will all be worth it, onward and upwards
vigorocious
@rabthegrower I can only take credit for a small part of the turnaround, the not touching them part. Sweet Seeds provided some seriously tough plants that have made this a piece of piss. Just gotta nail the seedling stage and i might be on for some good things in the future, the smaller pots should help. Then onward's to mk2 and after that hopefully a perpetual 3 plant's every two weeks system. Whoever says cannabis is not addictive is lying, they just never grew it before.

vigorocious
Day-49 Temps - 21-27 Humidity- 40-50 (with peaks and troughs) water- slowed down a bit but seems to have accelerated rapidly. Mistakes- thinking they were doing nothing all week, pictures contradict my eyes. So they seem to have deceived me, or did they. Since my last update water usage seems to have dropped, combined with watching them too much i have not seen much change happen, a few more trichome's, a bit more colour etc but nothing major. I took my pics as usual, which i think flatter the plants a little, but on comparing them i see much more difference. With this watering i seem to have used more water than usual and they took half the time to dry out compared to the previous watering. For the rest of this entry i shall just provide the comparisone of each plant from day-41 - day-49. Still didnt get a new camera, so more low quality pics, a friend had a more urgent need for the cash. day-41 #1 (Angela) day-49 #1 The hallowed trichomes are turning. day-41 #2 (The Amazonian) day-49 #2 plumping out a little i guess. day-41 #3 (emily) day-49 #3 the bud starts down near the 5-6 inch mark. hopefully a foot long cola. Just to wrap up for this week, my auto crystal candy seeds arrived today. i ordered them as a breeders pack instead of the singles i ordered for the dark devils, and ended up as i hoped would happen with 7 CCA, not only that but the company sent me 2 free seeds as a gift, these were photoperiod Blueberry Gum and OG Kush which i am hoping to swap with a mate for 2 of his White Widow auto's. After i placed my order and paid i also stumbled on another offer of spend £40 and get a 3 pack of G13 Pineapple Express free, i spent £39.99 and felt that i should have looked deeper on the site. So expecting either 7 or 9 seeds i open my packet that arrived, Crystal Candy, check, The 2 freebies, check, what's this? 3 pineapple express, hell yeah. Well now it seems my next 2 grows are now planned, and seeds obtained for the princely sum of £3 and some pennies per seed. Anyhow, must get back to watching and waiting... vigorocious
As an extra i saw that it was 03/03, being a bit obsessive about the number 3 i decided to drop my 3 x SS Crystal Candy Auto and 3 x G13 Pineapple Express in for a good soak.
