Not defending pokiemon go on this but It's not at all unique in that behaviour as so is nearly every other app and peice of non-proprietary software that's on folks smart phones... I saw one video the other day where someone actually sideswiped a police car while playing it. I also saw a story where a local police station was turned into a gym and someone who had a warrant went there for some reason and got busted for the outstanding warrant.
