hi guys,

I haven,t been around here for quite awhile but as im off to Amsterdam next month i instantly wanted advice from the experts :oldtoker::oldtoker: about what coffeshops to visit and what ones to avoid.

Amsterdam has become a playground for ripoff merchants and alot of dodgy gear.

Any chronics i should defiantly check out?

many thanks as always guys :wink_kiss:

Get on a train and go elsewhere ! Zwollen is a lovely town with way nicer coffee shops ,fewer of them but a far friendlier town .

Avoid Bulldog for weed but the bars are ok, just smoke your own.

Cafe420 is great to chill in but weed is average so again bring weed and buy drinks.

Utopia, Voyagers and De Graal are my favorites. Utopia and De Graal are very friendly and Ingi in Utopia is a gem and will always have time to advise on what's hot and what's not.

Green place also has good weed, their Shorline is usually worth a try. Club Media and Katsu are also worth a visit near De Graal in the De Pijp area near Albert Cuypstraat (sp?)

If the Schools are open some of the shops (De Graal, Cafe420) are closed 'till 6pm on weekdays.

For an interactive map and reviews and tips check out the Amsterdam coffeeshop directory :)

My friend recently went to Rotterdam and said it was great. Friendlier locals and less commercialised. Only a train journey away from Amsterdam too if you wanna head there.

Rotterdam is good, but not recommended for tourists. Not so sure about the friendly locals either tbh lol . More like London.

Haarlem would be an easier choice IMO.

Grey area / Silver Bubble shoreline & deep blue

Popeyes / Pink kush

Barneys / Cherry haze Tangie blue cheese

Dampking / Got some absolutely beautiful hash for 8 euro a gram it was top !

Green house / Flower bomb kush

Green place / Devils harvest new strain called warhog OG or Washington OG it was a fucking A*** Smoke

Most of the shit out there is fucking cheese to fuck or not cured properly. So have a really good smell and look before you buy because they will try and fob you off with any old turd !

Just what my mate said. He reckons he felt quite uncomfortable in a lot of places in Amsterdam but said it was a more chilled atmosphere in Rotterdam. Can't say for myself though but just going on what I've been told

Greenplace, Amnesia, Grey Area, Barneys and Greenhouse for good smoke, I always find something I like in one of those.

I am less fond of Dampkring these days, I've struggled to get decent quality there the last few times.

Den Haag is ten mins closer and a better town for pedestrians ,and tokers ! There's one coffeeshop in Den Haag with a huge menu . That's if you're heading south but Rotterdam is next to Den Haag and Scheveningen and really it isn't half as nice . Haarlem and Arnhem ,Leiden and Delft and also lovely spots ,Masstricht too but that's an awful long trip .

I've never been to any of those towns so I can't say. All I'm saying is what my mate told me about the experience he had there.
