highestwolf Posted May 28, 2002 Share Posted May 28, 2002 I've located a W HPS, but it has an interal control gear. Does anyone know if this will be a bad thing with heat. I'm going on holiday half way through my grow, can anyone offer advice on an automated watering system without expense. ICaneBud Posted May 28, 2002 Share Posted May 28, 2002 An integral ballast and igniter on a 150W wont generate a huge amount of heat so shouldnt be a problem provided your ventilation is good and there's enough clearance over the light.
