stu914 Posted September 12, 2013 Share Posted September 12, 2013 Plants of any size have to breathe, you must have fresh air or they will die if you only need a small box for a few clones and maybe a mum, then one of the cheap shower extractors should be enough, esp if you're only using a small light, depending on the strain there is usually very little smell during veg so a carbon filter is probably not needed, keep a nose out tho. atb stu Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I did put a carbon filter in there even though ,as Stu said, during veg the smell isn't too bad. My Ugorg No.1's stink even in veg so I'm glad I got it.
