Blue AutoMazar, new Dutch Passion auto

Blue AutoMazar is the new Dutch Passion Auto which we will be introducing in the next month or so. She is a hybrid of two of our best performing and best selling auto’s and we think that she will be one of our best performing and strongest.

The genetics come from our AutoBlueberry and AutoMazar, it should be an attractive auto for those that like good quality stash in generous amounts.

We sent some seeds to a few growers before the public launch to whet your appetite. We hope it shows the amount of confidence we have in the quality of our new varieties when we release seeds before the public launch. Regular readers will be used to seeing us do this.

Blue AutoMazar should take the standard 11 weeks from germination to harvest under a light cycle of 20 hours of light, followed by 4 hours of darkness. We have photo’s from a few different growers:

Seymour Buds (LED/DWC),

Insert (LED/DWC),

Hazy (soil/HPS) and

Tang (soil/LED/airpot).

I expect a couple of the growers will try to push this variety for a little longer than 11 weeks to see the maximum yield potential for the variety. We shall see how far Blue AutoMazar can be pushed, I expect 1 or 2 of the guys will exceed 200g per plant at harvest. This variety has the potential to produce in XXL yields.

Lets see how it all turns out.

Seymour Buds. LED/DWC specialist, day 55.

Seymour has 2 plants “the biggest plant has the hallmarks of my last blueberry grow with her fat indica leaves and flowering time with a strong sweet smell and undertones of the mazar while the quicker performing strain resembles mazar with very heavy feminine aroma and slight sweetness, I couldn't choose between the 2 which 1 to pick so decided to keep them both as both the parents were great strains so having 2 plants that resemble the originals with slight hints of each in them i couldn't bare to separate them”

Both plants look great, the larger of the two could be quite a harvest, then again so will the smaller one

Insert

Insert also grows with LED and DWC. He has a beauty here and has just reduced EC to get the appetite of the plant ready for the pK hit next week.

Tang.

Tang produces great results with airpots, combined with LED he regularly produces special results and shows that soil grown auto’s can produce top quality results AND rapid growth. The picture below is at day 45

And the close up below at day 48 shows resin formation will be good

Hazy.

Hazy likes soil growing combined with a 600W HPS, though he may be looking into LED for future grows. He has trained his Blue AutoMazar to expose as many blooms as possible and it is looking very nice so far. The next few weeks is when we expect to see the buds really swell

Below, lots of blooms, its going to be nice. Hazy is expecting to crop this around the 10 or 11 week mark

I will bring you a weekly update through until harvest and smoke reports. I think the earliest crop is still 2-3 weeks away. I think we are in for some nice visual treats.

Pier - yes they can be grown outdoors though this variety wasn't bred specifically for that purpose in the way that we did with eg AutoFrisian Dew.

anyway, I didn't quite manage to wait a week for the first update. Some days I exceed even my own expectations.

Here are a couple of pictures from Seymour Buds at day 58. You can see a good number of blooms on each plant, and the close up's show you just how much resin production you get on this variety. She's a sticky fingered treat

Would love to hear the smoke reports on this, as for my next grow I'm massively torn between AutoMazar and AutoBlueberry to fill the last of my spaces! If this thing has the yields of the Mazars with the high of the Blueberry... well that would be fantastic!

An update from Tangs growroom, Blue AutoMazar at day 50 under LED with airpots and soil. And it is looking really good and the Blue AutoMazar already seems on course for a special result . Still 3 weeks to go so lots of time for an auto to get fat and frosty

Day 62, Blue AutoMazar photo from HPS/Soil grower Hazy. I think 10 more days until Hazy gives it the chop, he is happy and says she has a very sweet aroma
