S Monkey
Hi, My plants have been flowering for 6 and a half weeks now (skunk #1, 9 weeks flowering time) and over 75% of the pistils have turned brown on most of the plants. Should i cut them down now, or should i wait until the nine weeks is up? I heard that a large amount of bud growth takes place in the last week of flowering so i don't wanna pull them too early. what does everyone think? S Monkey
just got a cheap x100-450 microscope. and most of the trichomes look clearish. however now pretty much 100% of the pistils are brown. due to the spider mite none of the plants have any fan leaves left, just the tiny ones that stick out of the buds. i'm guessing this means they may not be able to grow too well anyway. i'm thinking i should chop them now, what do you people think, thanks, S Monkey

Guest nav182
Hi S Monkey Mr.Bishie was saying that your trichs are turning amber so if you harvest now you'll have a couchlock (Can't get your ass off of the couch) stone. Reckon you could wait another week or two but you could chop now! Nav
S Monkey
I've have taken advice and some of my own intincts and have chopped now. i figured that the leaves are what convert the energy to make them grow (i think) so cus i hardly have any leaves on my plant, then i won't grow much more. hope i'm right. Next time hopefully no spider mites! Here's another pic of some of the trichomes. S Monkey
