cf
you can run it on 9v ,i'm running 240v server fans on 120v to make them super quiet. make sure the power supply can pump enough current though cf
nin[j]a-LV
how can i do that???
cf
ok simple bit of maths coming up on ur fan it will have the voltage and the power consumption in watts so on mine it says its a 240v fan consuming 20w of power , to find out what current the fan is drawing divide the power by the voltage,in my case 20 divided by 240 =.083 thats quite a small current ,as long as my power supply can deliver .083 amps i'm ok i dont know what ur using for a power supply but it should have an amp rating on it so take the power of ur fan(in watts) divide it by the voltage (9v?) and make sure this figure is less that the current (amps) output of ur power supply. i hope i aint confused you ,of course you could just plug it in and hope for the best cf
