We respect your privacy and will never ask for personal information about you. Conversely, we suggest that you NEVER reveal any of your personal information on uk420.com. You agree:- 1. That posting, browsing, or otherwise interacting with uk420.com indicates acceptance of the policies and terms of use as set out below. 2. That if any of the rules below are abused, the offending post may be removed without prior notice and that if you repeatedly violate any of the rules below or otherwise seek to disrupt the forums, Admin will disable or delete your account. 3. That this is private property, you are our guest and that we (UK420.com Admin) reserve the right to delete any post and/or any membership for any reason. Moderation:- Our policy favours the free posting of ideas, as long as they comply with the board rules below. The exception to this is where the site owner feel a post or topic degrades the environment we desire, in which case it will be deleted. Topics questioning site moderation or the site rules are not permitted and will be deleted without notice. All such questions should sent to Admin only. If you disagree with a Moderators action and after reading the board rules you feel that you did not break the board rule/s then you have the right to contact Admin. All Admin decisions are final. We will not tolerate members who:- Use our: Personal messaging system, Mail system, chat or Bulletin board, for the purpose of:- 1. Dealing or exchanging any substances that are illegal or controlled under UK law ie: this means, making offers or requests of/for illegal drugs, clones or pollen. Ignoring this rule will always lead to a lifetime ban from UK420 - No second chances , no exceptions - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! 2. Violate a person's privacy:- by publishing against someone's will or passing any information that is private and personal or puts a members freedom at risk. Note! Admin: Reserve the right to search our data base against a member name in the extreme circumstance where we have good reason to believe our services are being abused in relation to 1. or 2. as listed above. Are under the age of 18. This means no browsing, posting, joining or otherwise interacting with uk420.com and its related sites. If we become aware of violations of this policy, we will ban the underage user and delete all of his or her posts immediately. Avoid paying:- for any business or commercial advertising, or ask other members to buy, sell or examine any commercial products or services through uk420.com. Post Commercial, Off site or Affiliate Links :- for any purpose without prior permission from uk420.com. This includes,but is not limited to, off site links in signature's to commercial or non commercial sites unless by previous agreement with UK420 All third party advertisers at UK420.com are carefully selected to ensure that we only carry adverts from companies who offer a good efficient service and have a proven track record. UK420.com also review our advertisers at random intervals to ensure that their service is consistent and that our members are being served well. Any legitimate concerns about advertisers at UK420.com should be directed in the first instance to the company concerned, if after doing so and your concerns have not been satisfied, then you can contact us at admin@uk420.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue. UK420 is not a place for topics making unfounded allegations or statements against our site advertisers or third party companies and will be deleted without notice, as they could be defined as libellous. Members concerned will receive an official warning against their account. UK420 does not allow:- Free advertising, private trading, equipment/seed swapping or the exchanging of personal details on its message boards or Via its Personal Messaging system. Any member found doing so will be banned! UK420 members must not:- Post information:- concerning theft, deception or hacking. Post material:- Which is false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, profane, threatening or racially offensive . As with anything, will you please use good common sense. In other words, you agree to treat all members within the community with respect. Post material:- that is sexually or otherwise obscene or pornographic and has no educational purpose or any significant relevance to an ongoing and legitimate discussion. Post images without the owners permission.:- Please do not:- 1. Upload or hot link images with watermarks advertising other sites [we will consider this to be spamming], or that you do not own the copyright for, ie:- Don't take pics from another site unless you have the owners permission. 2. Post hot link or url picture links to imaging sites." 3. You agree that once you upload any text or picture to uk420.com, that it is a gift to uk420 and that uk420 has the right/copyright to use the material as it wishes on its web domains or publications. We may also add a small UK420 logo, discreetly to your photo's, due to the fact we have noticed some sites are choosing to ignore our legal copyright and linking directly to your pictures. Except by specific arrangement UK420 only allow one membership account/alias per user, anyone found to be abusing uk420.com services by making more than one account may be banned for life. Please remember that UK420 is not responsible for any messages posted. UK420 do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this BB. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email or PM. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
