Mono
Hi, Ive been given a couple of nice healthy well rooted CaliOranges, rooted in 3inch rockwool cubes... I'm planning on mumming them, they already got plenty of growth on them.... I grow in Coir now.... Will the ones in rockwool be okay planting straight into pots with coir? And will they be okay on the coir feed? Will I need to adjust pH? Will they make the change okay and root from the wool into the coir without hiccups? Thanks for any advice, ta, Monk...x
Owderb
Yeh fine mate just bung them in and adjust ph to 5.8-6.0 Also if using coco make sure you use coco specific nutes Owd
Mono
Hi, Growing in Coir. Can i take cuttings and root them directly into Coir? Would I be okay on Formulex, or just as well on weak coir feed? Thanks for any advice, Monk...x
Mono
Thanks Owd, Yeah got House and Garden Coco feed....used soil feed for first week, and overwatered, and too strong, and pHucked up the pH, and ballsed everything up.... On track again now, all getting healthy and how things should be..... Thank pHuck for uk420. Ta again, Monk...x
Owderb
Weak coco food mate seeing as they are rooted cuts Formulex is ok for young seedlings but not ideal for cuttings Owd
Mono
Owd you've merged 2 of my topics and you're confusing them... They are similar, but not same.... You answered my q in this topic.... But my other q is about taking cuttingsFROM MY MOTHERS, and rooting them DIRECTLY in coir, rather than using rockwool cubes...... Monk...x
