Mrchristian Posted June 12, 2003 Share Posted June 12, 2003 hi all, just dropping a line to ask if any of you use the heatshield that is avialable from growell as i would like to get my 400w hps close as possible to my plants without burning them. my only concern is that it would block out light from directly underneath the light and seeing as i grow in a wardrobe would just be focusing light on the sides of it . if anyone could help i would greatly appreaciate it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

NPK Posted June 12, 2003 Share Posted June 12, 2003 Its probably better to use an air cooled light if you want to get the light closer. You can get some 'bleaching' in the buds right under the light though if you have the light too close.
