That you can get a product which has enzymes in it that destroys any dead roots in a hydro setup. Sadly I just chopped a male out of my NTF tank, so I now am worried that these dead roots will cause problems if they're not got rid of. Do I need to worry? Will the roots be broken down by bacteria?
