sounds like a good marketing ploy using the concepts of spiral theory (much the same as chaos theory, have you seen the film Pi, it's very good), don't know how sound this is as its mainly theoritical, no hard evidence. The examples given of other natural spiral formations (snail shells, pine cones, shellfish) are all living organisms and water is a chemical compound of hydrogen and oxygen so I too an VERY sceptical.

maybe its the dame people who down reasher into pyramid shaped hats that channel energy to the brain or sharpen razor blades.

Interesting subject though, think I'll look into it a bit more.

my mar got conned into sum vortex thang to improve her tapwater un she paid like 15 quid and she basically got a funnel with a spiral spring inside it

,hardly worth 15 quid but she said that she could tell the difference + when she gives it to her cats they love it alot more than normal water???

so just maybe?????

personally i just use a brita water filter for my plants water ;)
