Try Curries, use Ghee you can take it hotter without getting that burned Butter taste. Heat up the Ghee the normal way, whack in your onions,garlic,

Ginger and half your s/bar (the total amount depends on you). Do your thing with your spices and meat/veg etc, 20 minutes before your stuff is cooked whack in your garam/char masala and the remaining s/bar, stir a few times and off you go. This works with all curries and I Highly recommend it, you don't have to use s/bar of course.Happy Munchies.
