milluv a tokeman Posted August 12, 2002 Share Posted August 12, 2002 Try Curries, use Ghee you can take it hotter without getting that burned Butter taste. Heat up the Ghee the normal way, whack in your onions,garlic, Ginger and half your s/bar (the total amount depends on you). Do your thing with your spices and meat/veg etc, 20 minutes before your stuff is cooked whack in your garam/char masala and the remaining s/bar, stir a few times and off you go. This works with all curries and I Highly recommend it, you don't have to use s/bar of course.Happy Munchies. lap. M.A.T.
