That's interesting you say that @Flamedodger because I just emailed them about import duties to see if buying from them or ledgrowstore would be cheaper and they didn't mention anything about lead times at all?

lol it's written on the listing clear as day.

"US order ship immediately

Non US orders ship on the 26th June"

Ledgrowstore is the same :wallbash:

Back to the drawing board then I suppose.....

The aray has a lower hanging height though which is a potential advantage

Also a potential disadvantage when I comes to fans.

That and the remote driver

The XS2500 Pro driver is also remote 👍

I read that the Vivaspec lights changed their lights from samsung diodes to unbranded after these lights were released a while

I think that's BS

Good point although there's plenty of room in between the rails.

Oh right that's good to know. Haven't had a proper look at the 2500.

If it isn't they're the only brand I'm aware of that use Samsung diodes and don't advertise the fact. Like I say though, bridgelux Seoul etc all make banging diodes as well, some are better. Samsung aren't the only ones out there worth using.

Should be easy to find out what bulbs they're using and put this one to bed!

When was light released? Does the paperwork detail the bulb specs?  Interesting discussion.

As far as I know they don't list them, but I'm sure there's a tare down video somewhere on the Internet.

There’s a seller on the bay of e advertises them as ‘new SMD’ LEDs. That doesn’t really narrow it down as SMD stands for stick down diode 🤷‍♂️

They're made in China lol. Just like pretty much every other light brand. The other ones pretty  much all use components made in China as well lol

Or maybe the parts are stuck in the Red Sea and they’re assembled in Ireland 🤷‍♂️

I don’t think there are that many UK based manufacturers anymore, Invisible Sun and Telos are the only 2 that spring to mind.

Two plants in a 2x2ft only 4 weeks veg

Double the size so 4 plants in a 4x2ft still only 4 week veg, using a scrog net doesn't need to be a slow process, if anything you can use it to speed things up when done properly, 3 months and 1 week from seed to harvest 👍

Single plant still under 4 months.
