Haha nice enough and sis the job but bit sickly, too rich chocolate and the orange flavouring in the white chocolate stung my throat. Hole in the clouds Posted April 6 Author Share Posted April 6 (edited) 120g cannabutter 100g light brown sugar 75g white granulated sugar 1 medium egg 0.25tsp orange flavour (optional!) 300g plain flour 1.5tsp baking powder 0.5tsp bicarbonate of soda 0.25tsp ground sea salt 300 g baking chocolate chips (100g dark, 200g milk) white cooking chocolate - quantity required Cannabutter - approximately 1/4 to 1/3 in volume of the required chocolate Few drops of orange flavour (optional) (go easy!) I added unpressed bubble and loose dry sift trichomes to make it stronger. Beat room temp cannabutter and sugars in large bowl. Add egg and flavour best some more until creamy. Add all your powders and beat until a bough is formed. Now mix in the chocolate until distributed evenly. Make 16x 58g balls. Line a baking tray with parchment and bake for tenish mins. Slightly browned on outside but not too much or they will go hard. They should be pretty gooey on the inside. leave on baking tray to cool a bit as they keep cooking for a while. transfer to wire cooling rack try not to eat too many when irresistibly hot and gooey out the oven. Put the rest in freezer to get very cold while you prepare the chocolate. Preferably laid out on a plate so the plate gets very cold also. Place chocolate, cannabutter and orange flavour in a bowl. Place over a saucepot of water on the stove heat extremely gently and melt it all together. Pour mixture onto the by now very cold cookies from out the freezer. Hole in the clouds Posted April 6 Author Share Posted April 6 Forgot to say the best way to do these is wrap each ball of dough in clingfilm and freeze then take out however many you want to bake at a time.
