splifi
One good thing about having a prescription is section 15 of the equalities act A person (A) discriminates against a disabled person (B) if— (a)A treats B unfavourably because of something arising in consequence of B's disability, and (b)A cannot show that the treatment is a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim Basically I can go to the pub and vape away the landlord can not object as long as I vape or he would be discriminating against me
j.o.i.n.t
@splifi Thanks man. Hope you get what you want from it Thought it was just ' intractable nausea and vomiting, chronic pain, spasticity and severe treatment- resistant epilepsy.'
