Hole in the clouds Posted January 2 Share Posted January 2 135g of cannabutter or mixture of canna and unmedicated butter. 200g bashed up digestives 200g 70% cocoa chocolate 3 tablespoons of syrup of choice I used maple 100g marshmallows 100g of your choice (Maltese’s, chocolate chunks, honeycomb, popcorn, mars bar, crème egg etc) Icing sugar to dust 1. Melt chocolate, butter and syrup gently over a very low heat until chocolate has just melted. Take off the heat. 2. Stir in the biscuits, marshmallows and 100g of other stuff. 3. Whack it in a tray lined with parchment and press it all down flat. Sprinkle some more chocolate of choice. White is nice to counter the dark chocolate. 4. Stick it in fridge for 3 hours to set.
