The guys on mopeds or Brom fiets (broom broom bicycle) are just runners, they wait for a call from the coffee shop and they tell them what they are running short of. They also may take money out of the coffee shop back to it's owner.

The owner deals with the organized crime guys or may send his runner with a envelope of money to an address and to pick up a package and take it back to the owner.

 

A smart owner would employ his grower to be his runner, trimmer, hash maker what have you.

If you got busy enough you could just employ more people.

The problem is finding quality staff, who can keep their mouths shut. It only takes one guy to shoot his mouth off and you could lose kilos of inventory.
