Now I am growing for my partner who is having a lot of benefit fro the tincture I bought

This tincture DOES NOT get her high  (then again it 3 or 4 drops

 

So now I am confused ...do I need to decarb or not?

I always decarb before making tincture, but I want to get high from it. 30 mins at 120c when I do it in the oven.

Dont you still get high from decarbed? as cooking with it surely decarbs  plus when eating vape waste, they get you high, was it cbd ticture you bought?
