OLaC Posted January 28, 2020 Share Posted January 28, 2020 (edited) Last batch I made of these I just gave most away as were just too strong.. one fella I gave them to hasn't had a good night sleep in years because of chronic pain, he loved them, had best night's sleep in years, he's not even a smoker and I wake up stoned from these things So I'm making him a whole batch for himself, I'll do a start to finish but will rush quickly through the decarbing / infusion as have already made a thread on my sous vide method and it's exactly the same with butter. Break up 10g of sugary trim and popcorn nugs and place in your vacuum bag. (I made an extra bag too for another time) Vacuum Seal those badboys I now use a rack and clip those bags to it as it balloons up a bit during the decarb. And place into preheated sous vide at 99.3C for 2 hours. Once finished decarbing, I crush up the plant matter some more with the back of a heavy knife, open the bag, add 1/2 a cup of butter (and one or two teaspoons of lecithin if desired) and reseal. Add ice or cold water to bring water temperature to 85C then place bag back in for 4 hours. After 4 hours, pull out, job done. OLaC Posted January 28, 2020 Author Share Posted January 28, 2020 (edited) Ok now for the cookies, you will need: 2/3 cup (80g) all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup (2oz) cannabutter (it's around that after the loss f on the original 1/2 cup I started with) 1/3 cup (66g) brown sugar 2 tablespoons (25g) white sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 large egg yolk 1/2 cup (3oz) chocolate chips Mix your flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl Mix your butter and both sugars in a larger bowl, add egg yolk and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add the ingredients from the small bowl and mix, once barely mixed fold in the chocolate chips. Roll into balls and place on baking tin lined with parchment paper. I suck at portions oops Place into a preheated oven at 175C for 9-12mins take put once set and leave to cool. I think my egg yolk was a bit too small so wasn't quite enough moisture. I should've added a tablespoon of milk so the mix wasn't so crumbly, but they're hard and biscuity and full of medicine so hope he'll be happy. I'm making RSO this week to use in edibles like tempered chocolates and gummies where adding oil or butter just fucks with the texture too much. If you decarb and infuse in the sous vide barely at all, there's a slight scent from the cookies as they bake but not necessarily a bad strong weed Snell, just smells different from normal cookies that might raise questions..(I always answer "they're vegan" and people go oohh and assume there's some exotic ingredient added ) 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'll have to give these a try in the future. I can't smoke where I am because of the smell. That means having to go for a long walks and smoke outside. Hiding from other people out there, and trying to not stink up the place. Once stoned long walk back. Not relaxing at all ffs.
